The media isn’t going to try to ID the young lady because if her identity became known she’d be subject to a torrent of online and possible real-life abuse ranging from slut-shaming to threats of murder, to actual real-life assaults.

A threat of murder is an assault. If someone laid a hand on her (unwanted), that’s battery.
