Organized crime makes it a priority to infiltrate and corrupt law enforcement, and men away from home and in a ‘male pack’ environment are often easily swayed into patronizing prostitutes. This is not surprising. Remember that the Secret Service had agents caught in a call-girl scandal in Columbia a few years back as well.
