WASHINGTON — A tweet sent out yesterday by the Seventh Congressional District Republicans with a message the DFL called “racist and bigoted” has been taken down and the DFL Party chair has asked the Minnesota GOP to apologize to the people of Minnesota.

“MN #DFL now propose a “special session” to deal with their self-created “#negroproblem” the tweet, which was posted last night, said. It linked to a Facebook message that was also apparently taken down.
