Today? I see calls for armed revolt and bloodshed on a nearly daily basis at RWNJ sites…and the people they elect are beginning to show the same attitudes: nihilism, contempt of the poor and working classes, ignorance, outright hatred of government procedures and traditions, and a desire for a revolutionary (as opposed to conservative Burkean thought) overthrow of societal, judicial and legislative norms. McVeigh would fit in all too well.

I think that this is untrue. I do not believe that the majority of GOP (electeds or voters) are actually interested in violence, much less in the sort of racial civil war that McVey and the Turner Diary sort support.
