Have to read through the full scoring, but combine that with the JCT, and this is an epic shit show the GOP has on its hands. They’re going to make health care unaffordable for millions, millions will lose insurance, and their saving grace is that the CBO will say that it reduces the deficit over 10 years. That’s because all the burdens get shifted to the insureds (or formerly insureds).

I think Ryancare is a dead bill walking. Lots of Republicans won’t want to go into the midterms having just taken healthcare coverage away from 14 million people.
