The way I read it it just raised the question if Homo Erectus evolved in eastern Europe/Asia and returned to Africa, or evolved in Africa and spread from there. Human evolution is the most difficult lineages of all to track down. It is still not clear if Neandertalis is a separate species from Homo sapiens.

Good Morning all. I think that most scientists believe that Neanderthal is not a member of the Human family tree, ergo no Missing Link.
