I think they really believe all fetuses are fully formed at conception and just get bigger.

Fetus fully formed inside a sperm.

Wasn’t there some anti-abortion douchenozzle in Congress that tried to say that birth control is murder because a woman’s body carries a bunch of fetuses in it? Seems familiar somehow.
