I’m registered for an online class. The system sent me the notification TO MY EMAIL ACCT, with the link to activate it. I click the link. Bingo, there is the class listed. I go to log in, won’t let me in. I click the forgot password link, enter my email address, and am told “Email address not found”.

YOU CAN’T FIND THE FREAKING EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU JUST SENT ME AN AUTOMATED EMAIL TO TELLING ME I’M REGISTERED?????

Here is something…. I can’t sign in to my CenturyLink account. I keep getting “Username and password don’t match”. So I went the “forgot password” route and changed my password. Tried to sign in—“Username and password don’t match”. So I tried “Forgot username”. How could I forget the username? It’s just my email address, right? Sure enough, came back as my email address—ALL CAPS. So I try to sign in username ALL CAPS, but as soon as I switch to the password box, it drops back to lower case. “Username and password don’t match”.

I’m about to tear my hair out.
