The first time we saw Grand Nagus Zek, I remember thinking: “Man, that looks like Wallace Shawn!” Then I thought: “Well, show me a Ferengi who doesn’t look like Wallace Shawn—then we’ll talk.” Turns out was him, though.

Years ago, when I saw Star Trek III, I kept having this feeling that the Klingon antagonist, Kruge, was somehow eerily familiar. It was his voice.

Then after I left the theater, I was all like, “Holy Crap! That was Reverend Jim from Taxi!!”
