Cruz isn’t alone in trying to swat off these bs birther suits. Rubio’s dealing with this BS as well - with a suit filed in FL back in January. He filed a motion to dismiss here (noting that Rubio was born in the US, or alternatively that the plaintiff lacks standing to sue).
