Fish eyes.

Not really fish eyes. Just dead eyes. That was the really unsettling thing about about actor Jonathan Banks in Beverly Hills Cop. He looked dead. He ended up in several other hitman/bad guy roles in the 80’s and vanished for awhile before turning up as a bad guy again in Breaking Bad.
