No, this is what happens when you have a reality TV star in charge whose VD-addled brain can’t focus on more than one issue at a time. Since he’s spent the last three months tweeting and holding rallies in an effort to push back against negative impeachment press, all the work that would normally be part of things like daily security briefings are instead pushed off onto underlings who can’t take real action without worry that he’ll shit-can their asses if it all goes south.
