Yeah, it’s something that’s been frustrating, because a lot of asshole “fans” have tried to blame Jodi for how bad the last two seasons have been as a way to justify their refusal to accept a female Doctor. Granted, a lot of these same assholes hated Capaldi (too old) and Smith (too young) when they were first announced.

Many fandoms are just toxic as hell and should burn (figuratively) to the ground.
