People tend to overestimate the military effect of nukes because they are so dramatic. If they’re not used in MAD numbers and yields, a modern military can work around them and keep on fighting. Much of the loss of life occurs months or decades after the battle is over.

Which is why I said of course you are correct. However the initial question, seemed to me to involve an all out exchange.
