It’s angering. This girl’s father obviously is a man who immigrated here to make a better life for his family and the best answer he has to her is “Sorry we have to deport him” and of course the jackals in the crowd cheer just like they’ve booed gay servicemembers, shouted let him die!, and repeatedly show themselves to be heartless jerks.

Indeed. I’d always seen this stuff in satire, and thought it was just that: Satire.
but to see people actually act this cartoonishly in real life is horrifying.
