We waited a year after our Cody died, and decided we missed having the presence of a dog around the house and got Scout.

He’s been with us for nearly a year already (!), and while he’s got a completely different personality from Cody, I’m very happy that we brought that puppy home a year ago. He can brighten my day by just wagging his tail.

Murphy has been a ray of sunshine since we got him over a month ago. Never fails to be excited, even worried when my SO was sick for several days - stayed right by her side.
