I actually thought about the competency thing. Frankly, I think ol’ Barrett might have a couple of loose screws. He should plead guilty and get about 3 years and be done with it.

I also got the impression that at the time of the video he was recently off heroin (again). He might get a temporary insanity plea but his actions this time aren’t really any different that shit he’s done in the past. I think he’s stuck like this.
