I just don[‘t see why it’s such a big deal. I mean I’ve seen the arguments now like ketchup being too sweet to put on meat but I like it. Condiments are kind of funny to think about it though. French fries and ketchup. Dipping tomato sauce into potatoes. I remember reading the the original ketchup was a fish sauce more originally and Americans played a big role in making it tomatoey.
Take a couple tablespoons of ketchup and then add in two teaspoons of worcestershire sauce. Boom! Fake A1 steak sauce.
