The Constitution is a living, changing document for a living, changing world. If you want to live in 1776 I guess you can start building a time machine, but don’t ask for my help.

I believe in good government, big or small. I have to wonder about the motives of anyone who preaches “small government” - it makes sense that the government would grow with the population of the country. If all you care about is making the government smaller, then why? Do you want to represent less people?
