No TV in the bedroom for me. The ambient blue light from the TV screen or any other light-emitting screen wreaks havoc with your sleeping patters at bedtime.
Not mine. Seriously. I fall asleep usually watching something on Netflix (which turns itself off but not the screen) and even keep a small bedside lamp on. I dream, sleep for 6 hrs and wake up refreshed. I haven’t slept totally in the dark for many years.
