It’s pretty much similar to me to people who hate the Native Americans in the US. You don’t run into this that often, but you sometimes will, in towns close to reservations especially. You’ll hear them complain about the lazy Indians, drunkards, culturally flawed, social parasites. It’s insane, given the history of the US with the American Indians, to me to think of them, those last few nations, those reservations, with anything other than complex shame. But for someone to then actively hate the group that we committed genocide against; it’s just despicable, and I can’t see it coming from anywhere other than a knowledge of guilt or total sociopathy.
