Why would an insurance plan not cover contraception?

I’m sorry, I’m having difficulty following you. Do you support the idea of an employer being able to forbid certain types of health care coverage to their employees, or a school to forbid types of health care coverage to their students?

I do no want the govt. mandating what I buy. I am a big fan of HSA/MSA high deductible coverages. I have been self employed for almost 20 years. I have saved >$100,000 in premiums (@$5K/yr). I assume the insurance companies have made money. I know I have saved money.
