It is a fact that large parts of the Koran include calls to violence and misogyny. Do you deny this? I read Wilders as simply saying that if he were in charge, Islamic citizens of the Netherlands would have to either not follow those verses, or leave the country.

I have no opinion either way on whether that is a good idea or would be an effective remedy for the problems in the Netherlands and beyond. But again - I do not read Wilders as saying literally the Koran has to be ripped up.

Wilders at least arguably also has a point about some of the more violent passages of the Koran. If you do not believe me, feel free to read the Koran yourself.
