The continued right to the residual benefit of corporate assets was conditional on the continued adherance to the fascist central plan. The “owners” in question had no practical control over the assets’ disposition, rendering them de facto administrators of the assets on behalf of the central plan. That pattern, while not Marxist (as I’ve noted) is most certainly socialist.
