My first PC was an Atari 400 I was given as a hand-me-down from my uncle. I think also around 1983 (I was 7 years old) actually. So uh…why in God’s name did a daisy wheel printer cost so much? I remember having an Atari printer for my 130XE, and it couldn’t have cost more than a few hundred bucks.
