‘last time’ two things were askew

- one was some of the polling was off - way off
- the other was a lot of people didnt pay enough attention to “a 2% chance doesnt mean zero”

Nate Silver caught a lot of shit before the election for being too pessimistic, telling people that 2 out of 3 chance is not a guarantee, because the 1 out of 3 chance happens.

Then he caught shit after the election for having told everyone it was in the bag - which he didn’t.
