I honestly can’t tell what Rush Limbaugh is talking about in that clip. If it is a “racist dog whistle,” I am proud to say I can’t hear it.

It is hard to understand an out-of-context audio clip. Media Matters does this all of the time.

Using anything from media matters as source material is as bad as using World Net Daily.
