The United States is so focused on building more prisons that it has neglected to build a health infrastructure that would “catch” any sort of rise in addiction from legalization (beyond marijuana).

And America’s biggest “substance” abuse problem that destroys more lives and kills more people daily is legal. And this same system is trying to lecture the population about the “ills” of marijuana? There’s something seriously wrong with this picture. Has been for a while.
