Well, once I got past the whole burning out my eye thing, my mexican-asian fusion cooking went really well.
There used to be a mexican/Chinese drive-in restaurant in Payson Arizona named Pedro Wongs. That simply stemmed from a time when the town was too small to support an eintre Mexican restaurant and a Chinese one at the same time.
Although I hear that there are now a number of Mexican-Asian fusion restaurants these days.
