He faces 31 years in prison.

I still remember the day this “accident” happened; 31 years in prison isn’t long enough.

I remember him. He was pretty cocky. But hey, jobs!

By the way, is Mitch McC associated in any way with him or the Massey company in any way? It would not surprise me. And, is it just my thinking, or did this grand jury finding get released a week or so after elections so as to not make Mitch look bad in any way being a big coal supporter.
