I can’t even begin to imagine the amount of drugs and alcohol that were involved in inspiring an artist to sing that song at the same tempo as “Send In The Clowns” (one of the Worst Songs Ever)

C’mon, for a Sondheim song, it’s not great, but Sinatra’s version is pretty fair.
