Yeah, this. Kennedy has never been a liberal justice. He voted the right way a few times but he has sure proven his conservative creds in the past 24 hours. His retirement 3 months prior to an election that WILL go blue and turn the Senate is plenty of proof that he’s not on our side. What a ratfuck! He intended this, putting in his resignation just before the mid-terms.
