Haven’t scrolled down all the comments here, so I don’t know if this has been answered. Anyway, they are constantly being attacked from what some call the left. “Stoppers” (Stop the War Coalitionists); “SWP” (Socialist Worker’s Party of UK); “tankies” (unrepentant and unreformed Stalinists — refers to those who defended the sending of Soviet tanks into Hungary during the 1956 uprising and later, similar activities); RESPECT and the George Galloway groupuscles; “Lenny” from “Lenin’s Tomb blog; the Palestinian wannabes; the left “Islamaphobia” types; the “Drink-Soaked Trots”; the “Red” Ken Livingstone supporters. Even had some lawsuits threatened, from those on the so-called left.

The center is broad and inclusive. I truly believe that those oriented toward HP (snearingly called, by the phoney left, the “decents”) and those oriented toward LGF could comfortably and civilly live together in the broad center. But it can’t be a fence-sitting center. I do not find fence-sitting either here or at HP (also snearingly called “the Sauce” by certain schmucks, in honour of HP Sauce, of course).

You may want to reference the Euston Manifesto as some sort of broad outline of the general politics of Harry’s Place (of course, as here, there is wide variety therein)
