Actually, the main things to remember from the song of Deborah are:

1) The text makes it clear that in early Israel women were the carriers of the oral tradition.

2) The whole thing is a great joke. Sisera does get the girl and the “spoil of dyed cloth,” albeit not quite in the way he and his mommy imagined it.
