Where is the federal legislation to make hiring undocumented immigrants a felony with stiff prison sentences and confiscatory fines? Oh I know why, it’s not about that, it’s about riling up racist bigoted rubes for political gain.

Texas tried to pass a state law that did such a thing — with specific exemption for housecleaning and yardwork. Real subtle there, dudes.
