Yeah, this was a conspiracy within Trumpworld - multiple people conspiring together to overthrow the election and interfere in the election outcome they disagreed with.

Everyone, from the author to those who approved of this even being a draft, should be prosecuted for their roles here. There’s no privilege applying to this criminal conduct. Executive privilege is not a shield against criminal conduct, despite what Trump thinks. The DOJ needs to kill that odious position paper once and for all.
