I support the admission of all the physical evidence there is, especially the physical evidence. I object to people dismissing that very real injury out of hand because of what they want the verdict to be. Then of course beyond a reasonable doubt is a high standard of proof as it should be for long term big picture justice. Some cases will always go awry, one way or another.

I’ve got to say, this sounds an awful lot like saying that the head injury is proof that Zimmerman was justified in killing Martin.

I think that if Zimmerman provoked the fight then regardless of how the fight subsequently went for him he should be found guilty of murder*. Do you disagree?

* Note “should be found”, not “will be found”.
