I’m a 72 yr old woman. Does that also mean I can have a 43 yr old man? That’s a 29 yr age difference, certainly nothing most women would entertain because we tend to want partners who are at least as mature as we are, a more equal relationship; once you get out of a certain range, it seems ridiculous. I don’t want some younger man having to take care of me in my dotage, either. He would probably look elsewhere for companionship, if you know what I mean, and he wouldn’t be blamed for that, would he? On it’s face, it seems absurd, because I have sons who are older than 43. Why wouldn’t a man think that about a woman being that much younger? Is it because men are generally just thinking about themselves, after all?

Oh, wait. That rule is just for men, after all, too, isn’t it? Never mind.

Brrr! 50 sounds pretty chilly and it’s 25 here; we never got any precip, but it’s dropping to 18 in the morning and 9 deg Fri am. Hope you are bundled up! This seems like the coldest winter in a long time.
