Mrs. Jay and I were watching, on the afternoon news, that clip of The Asshole blithering on about his “not working for Russia/never worked for Russia” BS, and we both were struck by the same thought: for a generally inarticulate buffoon, Trump can be very precise when he wants to obfuscate an issue: he framed his outraged response in specific terms: I.e. there’s no actual ruble-denominated paycheck from Kremlin Associates, LLC with his name on it, so “no work”…..
