How is he the only one who can, when he apparently can’t add?

Now I’m reading one of his plans to eliminate debt was to cut off cable to the prisons. Which sounds great, until you read that the cable in prisons is paid for by the prisoners, and not by the taxpayers.

And the people who run the prisons say it’s helpful for controlling the prison population.

So he’s proposing a cut that would solve nothing, save no money, and cause problems.
