What options do the various judges have now, if Chuck continues to fail to respond? Arrest warrants? Default judgments against him?

Default judgments or summary judgments or anti-SLAPP rulings as applicable. He’s not done anything in the two ongoing cases to warrant an arrest.

Also out there is the ongoing NAF suit to which he’s supposed to testify.
