Brussel sprouts on the grill. Put fresh ones in tinfoil with olive oil, salt & pepper, a little butter, crushed garlic & let them get a little blackened - just a bit. I also poke holes in the foil packet to allow the hickory smoke to enter (wet chips go on before the meat of choice).
