I don’t even know what you’re talking about. The post I replied to said, “it makes sense that the government would grow with the population of the country”. I disagree with that statement. I never said shutter public schools and I don’t know what you are referring to re abortion rights and homosexual rights. I don’t think giving people rights is big government. I think it’s smaller government. The right which always screams for small government wants to put an amendment out that will prohibit homosexual rights and abortions. THAT is hypocritical of them. The left, who is for expanding the role of government screams when the right intrudes into our bedrooms etc. That too is hypocritical. Both should serve to warn us about the potential pitfalls of big government.
