There’s some twitter messages that say Egyptian tv is reporting that Mubarak’s address was recorded yesterday.

He’s not in attendance as CinC at the very Army meeting that decides that he’s going to step down, and now his televised address is reported as being recorded.

Beginning to wonder if the man came down with a cold of the 9mm variety.
