Yes, I see a lot of people spreading around the idea that Obama’s comments were somehow an unprecedented threat to the independence of the judiciary. I’m not seeing it.

But Newt’s idea that a President can just tell the Supreme Court ‘nope, can’t touch that law’ is apparently perfectly natural and good, Conservative practice.
