It’s a win-win for the estate: who the hell had heard of that Spirit song before this lawsuit? Now it has had millions of people listening to the intro, at least.

From what I’ve heard, Led Zeppelin had seen Spirit play on one of their trips to CA. Spirit was a groundbreaking and very interesting rock band in their time. They weren’t nobodies.
