Pretty clear from the presser that State/Hillary has no role in foreign affairs. Wondering how the PUMAs are feeling tonight….

From what I hear, it’s not just the census that will be handled out of the West Wing rather than in Commerce. The White House is keeping lots of policy to itself. The Cabinet secretaries are just there to blame when things go wrong.
