When Clinton left office, I thought we were done spending lots of time thinking about the President’s penis.

I can say, happily, that the entire eight years Bush was in office I never once worried about his schlong. I assumed that no news was good news when it involves the presidential schlong.

Why do these people care if Obama is circumcised or not? He was born in a hospital in the U.S. in 1961, so I’m gonna take a wild guess and say ‘yes’. I’m also gonna add a ‘who cares’?
