I admit, it’s an awful tempting position. “We’re willing to compromise, BUT you will still be funding the ACA, one way or another.”

I understand what the Senator is saying but if you compromise on one bit of the bill, then they’re going to expect you to compromise on another and another. The Republicans need to be reminded that this is a settled law. If they have any suggestions on how to improve it and I mean improve it- not repeal or defund it.
