There was this Indian place I went for my birthday a couple years ago. Oh man unbelievable rice. I think they used saffron and cinnamon as spices. It was so good that the rice alone could have made me happy. Was really bummed when I saw it was closed down. Lousy haters who can’t appreciate Indian food.

Before Hawaii I lived in Fremont, CA. Indian food everywhere: hole in the wall cheap, fancy, good chain food. I got really spoiled.

Nothing in Hawaii till about 6 months ago, we got a decent overpriced Indian place on the water.
